Course Regulation

  1. Age Requirement: All participants, henceforth referred to as “Attendants,” must be a minimum of 18 years of age to enroll in and attend the Training sessions. This age restriction is strictly enforced to ensure that all Attendants possess the necessary maturity and understanding required for the training content.

  2. Criminal Record Check: Prior to participation, all Attendants are required to submit a comprehensive clean Criminal Record check. This documentation must confirm that there are no felony charges or convictions that may pose a risk to the training environment or the safety of other Attendants. Failure to provide this verification may result in disqualification from the course.

  3. Payment Terms: Attendants must remit the full payment for the booked course via Bank Transfer or PayPal at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the Training. Payments must be confirmed and cleared to secure the Attendant’s spot in the course. Any late payments may lead to cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any fees already paid.

  4. Cancellation Policy: Attendants wishing to cancel their booked course must do so at least 3 days prior to the start date. Cancellations made after this period may incur a penalty, such as the forfeiture of a deposit or total course fees, depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation. It is advisable for Attendants to consider their availability before booking.

  5. Health Insurance Requirement: All Attendants are required to maintain valid US Health insurance during the course of the Training. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request, ensuring that all Attendants are adequately covered in the event of any medical emergencies that may arise during the training sessions.

  6. House Rules Compliance: The T.E.I House rules are applicable at all times for all Attendants who are present on the T.E.I Property. These rules are designed to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for everyone involved. Noncompliance with these regulations may result in immediate removal from the premises and potential disqualification from future courses.

Additional Conditions:

  • Attendants must agree to adhere strictly to all training guidelines and participate actively in all scheduled activities.

  • Attendants should inform the training coordinators of any special needs or accommodations required prior to the start of the course.

  • Attendants are encouraged to engage in respectful communication and collaboration with fellow participants to foster a positive learning atmosphere.

The Art of War

If you know your enemies and know yourself,
you will not be imperiled in a hundred battles;
...if you do not know your enemies nor yourself,
you will be imperiled in every single battle.
