RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Operates Customer Service Offices at various locations throughout the service area.
* Provides accurate system information to customers using personal computer, maps, and printed schedules.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in German and English Language
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone protocol.
- Excellent customer-friendly disposition.
Salary on Negotiation.
